Chosen by our friends at Holy Mountain Brewing Company, this whiskey showcases the darker elements of peat often relegated to a supporting role. Matured for 46 months in an Oloroso hogshead, the clouds of ash are complemented by bursts of sherry. The nose and palate each vie for prominence and, in the end, find a balance that bewilders.
