CASK NO 745
SUMMARY
Reserved exclusively for visitors to the distillery in Seattle, Washington, this series of single cask releases features a rotation of casks hand-chosen by our blender, production team and various tastemakers.
This cask has some miles under its belt. First filled at our rackhouse in Hoquiam, WA in October 2013, it was shipped back to Seattle almost immediately in order to act as a backdrop to countless events and tours passing through the cask room of the distillery. In February of 2016 we decided to refresh the casks on display and sent #745, along with its dunnage-mates, back to Hoquiam. Many other casks in the 700-range benefited from this extended rest in the controlled climate of the distillery and have also been selected for our single cask program over the years.
